An amble around the tracks of Samford Conservation Park, lots of undulations over about 7km.  Open Eucalyptus forest.  This is a mountain bike area so could be busy on a Sunday. Ironbark Gully has full facilites so could possibly have lunch at end of walk.  Final details still to be completed after a further walk survey. Further advice will be posted.
