A lovely walk on a sizzling summer morning. This is an easy walk along a beach . It will be low tide with plenty of firm sand, but the beach is best walked barefoot in the shallow water to cool off. Carry sandals or shoes for the walk back inland. Start and finish point is Bongaree Jetty with plenty of  free all day parking. The first part follows the footpath alongside Pumicestone Passage, past Buckley's Hole (with a bird hide) and onto Red Beach.  Then it is all beach walking with pelicans and seagulls for company.
