This half day walk will introduce walkers to a little gem close to the city. I have lived near the reserve for many years and am the local bushgroup leader so hope to provide some information on the flora and fauna plus the history of the reserve, from cattle pasture to hill climb events to elegant tea parties, a camera obscura, a council dump, a quarry, numerous sporting facilities and the largest population of koalas (around 90) close to the city.
