When the weather gets cooler in Winter, it is time to go to Wivenhoe.  This time we will camp at Captain Logan which is much flatter and closer to the water than where we stayed a couple of years ago at Lumley Hill.  I have booked a caravan site  already for the weekend and if you get in quick there are still van sites nearby that can be booked.  If you would like to tent camp, ask for sites 40 or 42 or somewhere near Bernadette Hill when you call to book.
