A walk to the Lincoln Wreck from Teviot Gap and an overnight camp at the Mt Superbus South Peak Remote Bushcamp. It ascends up to the northern summit of Mt Superbus and then traverses the full length of the ridge to the southern summit. The section on the ridge requires some navigational skills and is only suitable for experienced bushwalkers. The Lincoln bomber crashed failing to clear a ridge by 50 metres in the early hours of Easter Saturday morning on 9 April 1955.
